This is how we describe our food philosophy in our new cookbook Drakamöllans Kök and this is how we want our guests to experience our food.
We are fortunate to be situated in the most exciting food region of Sweden with an amazing choice of local products all year around. Lamb from Lillehem, asparagus from Skillinge, tomatoes from Orelund and mushrooms from our own forests. Every day we are inspired by the best the season has to offer.
