After the success of our first cookbook “The Kitchen of Drakamöllan” witch was given the award Best Local Cookery Book in Sweden 2008 by World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, we have now published a second cookbook, “Winter at Drakamöllan”.

In the new book Ingalill and her team invites you on a new exiting tour of taste. Good, “honest” and well cooked food made from all the fantastic ingredients you can find around Drakamöllan.

Photography by Lars Strandberg and design and layout by Ronnie Nilsson has made the book a piece of art in itself.
