Just like previous generation on the farm felt that it was important to take care of what the nature offered,  Ingalill and her employees wants to use what the nature around the farm can offer. After the success with our first cookbook- The Kitchen of Drakamöllan, which received the price for “the Best Local Cookery Book in Sweden 2008” by the World Gourmand Cookbook Awards we now have released a new cookbook!

In the new cookbook Ingalill Thorsell and her employees invites you to join them in a new, exciting travel of taste. Also in this book you can read about the farms long and interesting history. Today and yesterday interwoven.

The kitchen of Drakamöllan wants to create good, honest and “well planned” food made from all the fantastic ingredients you can get at Österlen.

The photographer of the book, Lars Strandberg has made a picture framing that is a piece of art in itself and together with the layout, made by Ronnie Nilsson, it is even more refined.

A first class paper and a beautiful binding?? Makes the book a real “coffee table book”.
